CANCELLATION POLICY

No shows, cancellations, and or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment as well as late arrivals past our 10 minute grace period will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked. These fees are not applied to future appointments. *KP Beauty will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when possible. It is best to call if you know you are running late. Deposits on services are non refundable. Deposits can be transferred to a future appointment if client reschedules before the 48 hour window. All sales of services, bundles, & gift cards are final sale. We are committed to assisting clients with any concerns and offer correction when needed.
