Cancellation Policy
No shows & cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of appointment as well as late arrivals past our 10 minute grace period will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked. These fees are not applied to future appointments.
Deposits on services are non refundable. Deposits can be transferred to future appointment if client reschedules before the 48 hour window.
*KP Beauty will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when possible. It is best to call if you know you are running late
